The Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC) is seeking experienced General Contractors interested in establishing a partnership with HACC to help local low-income homeowners with home repairs by correcting code deficiencies of an emergency nature. The mission of The Housing Authority of Clayton County is the Authority's vision 'to make a difference in the community, one family at a time". By working together, we can win the battle against poor living conditions and urban blight.

Services that will be provided to our applicants are repairing or replacing damaged natural gas systems, severe plumbing, electrical, HVAC units, ADA handicap accessibility, and water heater replacement.
